Types Of Business Funding

Business Revenue/Line of Credit:

  • AT LEAST $10,000 IN MONTHLY GROSS REVENUE. (LAST 6 MONTHS’ BUSINESS BANK STATEMENTS)
  • Time in Business – 1 year

               OR

  • At least $15,000 in monthly gross revenue. (last 6 months’ business bank statements to reflect)
  • Time in Business – 6 months

Equipment Financing:

  • At least $15,000 in monthly gross revenue. (last 6 months’ business bank statements to reflect)
  • Time in Business – 2 years
  • Must be new equipment
  • No leasebacks (can’t lease back equipment a customer already owns)
  • Most types of equipment are acceptable including software

Merchant Line of Credit:

  • A line of credit (Mastercard + transfer ability with same interest rate). Competitive APR similar to a business credit card.
  • Up to $10,000 line/limit issued initially, with the ability to increase drastically in a short amount of time.
  • No Personal Guarantee and does not report on personal credit.
  • Connected with merchant account, auto-draws 25% of transactions to pay down balance.
  • After account is active, line can be increased based on business volume. We’ve seen credit limits that started under $10k quickly jump up to $75k because of the merchant volume.

Qualifying Criteria:

  1. US Citizen with credit score
  2. Must have use for a merchant account. Or have an existing merchant account. (You don’t need to switch merchant accounts if you already have one!)
  3. Uses soft-pull, no hard inquiry for LOC. And no inquiry for merchant account if client needs to apply for one.

401K Qualifications:

  • you are no longer contributing
  • no longer employed by the issuing company
  • you have a minimum of 35K in the 401k
  • (If you meet these criteria, we may have some ways to access that cash without any penalties or tax events. All we need from you is your most recent 401k statement. Also, tell us your main purpose for the funds.)

Real Estate:

  • Must own home or commercial property
  • Physical building with tenant
  • Must have equity in the property

Accounts Receivable:

  • At least $20,000 in monthly gross revenue. (last 6 months’ business bank statements to reflect)
  • Time in Business – 2 years

After you fill out the funding form, you will receive an email asking you to verify your subscription. Your subscription verification is CRITICAL and it allows us to receive your funding details from the funding form above.
